Dick and Sue have recently joined WIM to be part of the Member Care team. They previously served in a local church pastorate for almost twenty years and about ten years in missions related service. For the past several years they have served as Member Care facilitators with Heartstream Resources, a member care organization, and now are delighted to also be a part of WIM. They will live and serve in Málaga, Spain.
With World Indigenous Missions since 1990, Tony and Mary Ann Bianchi have served the Lord primarily in southeast Asia. They have been involved in ministering the gospel, training and mentoring young leaders, establishing a children’s home for at-risk girls, and providing pastoral care (Member Care) for missionaries.
The Bianchis currently direct the newly formed and developing Member Care department at WIM, providing pastoral care for WIM missionaries and others in need of emotional and spiritual healing and support, debriefing, coaching, and encouragement. They also minister in the areas of pre-marital counseling and marriage enrichment.
Tony and Mary Ann’s heart’s desire is for missionaries to be emotionally healthy and spiritually mature in order to glorify God through fulfilling and effective cross-cultural service.
