Colter and Daniella Jones

Colter and Daniella serve together in Peru in the dry, desert, volcano, surrounded city of Arequipa. While Daniella was born and raised in Arequipa, Colter grew up in the suburbs of Katy, Texas. He didn't arrive in Arequipa until January 2018, when he began Spanish language school. The two met in his first few days at the language institute, began a friendship, and later that year fell in love. After getting married in March 2019, they have enjoyed serving in a number of different ministries across the city. Daniella is fluent in English and Spanish and her current work consists of assisting in her father's dentistry practice. Whenever she is not at the office, she diligently works as a freelance translator. She has been very active in translating documents and audio for local churches in Arequipa as well as larger organizations like Christian Alliance For Orphans. Colter is involved in hosting a weekly men's Bible study with their local church plant, connecting with men of all ages in small group discipleship, and taking part in evangelism outreaches and youth ministry with Daniella. One of his favorite things to do is provide hospitality and use board games and sports to connect with other singles, couples, and families to both lead new friends into a relationship with Jesus Christ and encourage his brothers who are already in the faith.
