Chris Briles joined WIM in 1998 after an engineering career with Massman Construction Co. He and his wife, Vonda, completed language school in McAllen, Texas and then moved to Altotonga, Veracruz, Mexico, where they served for nine years. In 2008 they relocated to New Braunfels, Texas, so Chris could begin his service to WIM as Director of Operations. In this position he oversaw the daily operations of the office, represented the missionaries on the Board of Directors and traveled to visit and encourage missionaries serving around the world. In August 2016 he began serving WIM as President. He continues to travel and serve the missionaries as in the past. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla (Missouri S&T) and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Missouri. The Briles have a wonderful family of three children and a daughter-in-law, a son-in-law, and one granddaughter.
Chuck Hall, Director of Missionary Development
Chuck Hall joined WIM in 1983 when he and his wife, Mary Nell, were sent out from New Covenant Church in Valdosta, Georgia. After language school in Texas, the Halls moved into Mexico where they served seven years. In 1994, the Halls moved to Georgia to care for aging parents. During this time, Chuck accepted the position as president of WIM and began traveling extensively to visit and minister with WIM missionaries. In August 2016 Chuck stepped down as President to become the Director of Missionary Development. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Valdosta State University and a Masters Degree in Missions from Fuller Theological Seminary. The Halls have five children and eleven grandchildren.
