She also uses radio broadcasting to evangelize several unreached people groups. This has led to church planting among these groups.

After more than 30 years of full-time ministry in the United States and Nigeria, West Africa, Dave and Polly Wineinger became missionaries representing World Indigenous Missions in the Philippines. Dave serves as the General Director of South East Asia Mission Teams (Seamist). Seamist has a training center in Lapu Lapu City, Cebu, where they hold training classes in cross-cultural, church-planting missions and in mobilizing the local churches through Kairos (The Condensed World Mission Course). It is their goal to raise up others who are equipped to reach the remaining unreached people groups of the world.
