Madeline Leichty
Madeline enjoys working with children, building friendships with those around her and being creative with art, music and embroidery. She is preparing to serve in Oaxaca, Mexico, where she will help start a children's ministry for a new church. Madeline has had a dream in her heart to be part of a children's ministry in a village in Mexico, to teach about Jesus from the Bible and to build long-lasting friendships with the people and children with whom she comes in contact. Please pray for Madeline that she will be a light of Jesus’s love to those around her. Madeline has had previous mission work experience and has lived and worked in Mexico since 2018. Most recently, she was working in a Casa Hogar with 28 children where she taught school, took care of the children and helped in the kitchen and with other things around the house. Madeline joined WIM in 2022 because she felt that she needed more training and support while on the mission field. She also likes how WIM is encouraging, supportive and has a family feel.
