Daughtrey and Kayla O'Quinn

Daughtrey joined WIM in 2023. He first visited Honduras on a week-long mission trip with a dental/medical group. It was there that God began to place the people of Honduras in his heart. After returning to Honduras for three months to work with the people there, God opened Daughtrey's eyes to his true calling. That calling is to pursue a career in missions serving the Honduran people. Kayla received a call to missions as a teenager and spent her young adult years searching for where the Lord was calling her to serve. In the meantime, Kayla graduated from college with a nursing degree. In 2024, the Lord opened a door for Kayla to serve in Honduras for five weeks in a clinic. This was where Kayla and Daughtrey first met. After a season of dating and engagement, they were married in March of 2026. Daughtrey and Kayla now serve together in Honduras, working with multiple ministries there.
