Jim and Rosa joined WIM in 2025 after sensing a clear call to move to England and support communities and emerging leaders across Western Europe. Their ministry focuses on coaching local church planters and their teams, especially those who feel called to serve but have not yet been equipped for the work ahead. They come alongside these leaders with practical guidance, encouragement, and tools to help them grow in confidence and effectiveness. Serving from their base in London, Jim and Rosa invest in leadership development, community strengthening, and building healthy, sustainable ministry foundations. Their vision is to empower local believers to step into their calling, cultivate strong community-led initiatives, and help faith communities flourish through locally driven, well-supported leadership.
