Lara has spent fifteen years ministering in a wide range of areas—including worship, leadership, youth, administration, and cross-cultural settings among a wide variety of backgrounds. She is passionate about supporting individuals, teams, and organizations, particularly in closed and unreached areas, to help them fulfill the God-given visions in their hearts. She loves the unique expression of God within cultures and peoples, and lives with hope for the nations. It is her joy to currently serve cross-cultural workers, teams, and organizations in a variety of ways, primarily in the realm of care and organizational structure.
