Stephen and Celeste Chanya

The Chanya family joined WIM in 2016 when their own non-profit board at the time could no longer handle the growing needs of their ministry. WIM has provided them with financial accountability and member care. They have been serving overseas for twenty years. Their main ministry focus is a growing Christian school in Africa of which they are founders and directors. They also minister to pastors and churches internationally. Their mission is that children would not just know about God but know Him for themselves through Jesus. Their vision is to raise up the next generation to grow in the knowledge of Christ and in wisdom, in an atmosphere of academic excellence to fulfill their God-given gifts. They desire these children to be successful servants of God in any vocation He should choose for them, even as successful leaders in Africa.
