Pam DeMott

Demott has served as a full-time missionary in Honduras since 1995 and has been on the mission field for about 27 years. She also served on short-term international missions to Belize, El Salvador, and Guatemala during that time. Demott knew about WIM for a long time before officially joining in 2017. In the past, various WIM members and teams would visit the girls’ home, where she serves, in Honduras. Demott currently serves at a mission located in a small community in the mountains of Honduras. They serve by providing shelter, a family environment, and life skills for those in the community. At the mission, there is also a girls’ home, a school, and a mission house for teams who come to serve in Honduras. The vision for the girls at the home is to prepare them spiritually, emotionally, and physically so they can have a life with a solid foundation in the Word and have a global outlook to share the gospel. There is a working farm at the home with various crops and livestock. They also have an established coffee farm located on the property.
