The Upper Room
Ron and Lisa Stewart are called by God to bring the Gospel to the Deaf in Bolivia.
They currently live in a condominium building called San Marino, in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. This is where their Deaf home church meets. One day, the maintenance man, knowing they were looking for a larger place to meet, introduced them to "the man upstairs." His name is Teddy, and he owns the penthouse on the top floor right above the Stewarts. It is twice the size of any other condo in the building. It is large enough to seat around 100 people in the living room. The other rooms can be used for office space and a studio for translating the Bible into Bolivian Sign Language.

They aim to raise $165,000 to purchase this space for their ministry. Achieving this goal will allow them to move into it debt-free. They are naming this space "The Upper Room."
