Philip’s vision is to facilitate revival atmosphere and help people walk in the presence of God through unity, kingdom strategy and foundational Christian training in the body of Christ. His heart is to see this in local churches, beginning in Kursk, Russia, then city-by-city, region-by-region, nation-by-nation, to the very ends of the earth! He desires to carry the message of grace, the goodness of God, and the teaching of faith to the Russian people and beyond.
Lily Rose was born and raised on the mission field, and when she was 16 received the call to missions. After attending college and completing a 10 month women’s health internship abroad, she is joining her parents as a missionary back in Russia. She has a heart for women’s ministry which extends from post-abortion healing and crisis pregnancy to women’s health and lactation consulting. She is also working with her parents to establish a ministry to former foreign students who studied in Kursk and were connected with the Norris’ while there. Lily will also be studying Russian intensively to improve her language skills.
Dick and Sue are part of the Member Care team. They previously served in a local church pastorate for almost twenty years and about ten years in missions related service. For the past several years they have served as Member Care facilitators with Heartstream Resources, a member care organization, and now are delighted to also be a part of WIM. They will live and serve in Málaga, Spain.
Edgar and Pamela have lived and ministered in Kursk, Russia since 1998. In 2002 the Lord teamed the Norrises with medical students from Africa and Asia to start an English language church, Word of Christ Church Internationl (WCCI). Their vision and that of WCCI is giving foreigners a heart for Russia and giving Russians a heart for the world. Walking in unity with several Russian churches gives the Norrises and WCCI a unique opportunity to be a blessing to Russians as well as foreigners. As members of the church graduate (as doctors & various business professionals) and leave Kursk, they take with them more than just a degree. They take training in the things of God and the tools to become leaders and to influence their societies.
Twenty-seven years after ministry ordination, the scope and depth of Jim and Brenda’s call continues to expand. Following a church plant in the States, their focus turned to SE Asia where they taught English, discipled new believers, helped with church planting in remote villages and trained seasoned church leaders.
Currently involved in Northern Ireland/Ireland, the VanWinkles hold day-long or weekend training seminars in churches and homes. The heartbeat of their message is the spirit of adoption/belonging in the Father’s heart which brings great hope!
They are available for seminars or retreats, and Brenda is also available to speak at women’s gatherings. She has published two books as well as a children’s book.
